Where NeuroQueers thrive
through guided support.

What if, instead of powering through,
you had a system in place that could help you navigate life's challenges?

Join Staying True for NeuroQueers

Early bird ends May 1st

Imagine having systems of personal and communal care that are tailored to you and honor your needs

Imagine having:

  1. Daily self nurturing practices that are adaptable, not one-size-fits-all

  2. Healthy boundaries that allow you to show up as your true self

  3. Supportive and gentle approaches to community building

  4. Rituals that bring you back to yourself

  5. A compassionate group space to explore these questions with other people who get it

Enter: Staying True for NeuroQueers

As Neuroqueers, it’s not uncommon to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and under pressure, especially with everything going on in the world!

We have felt this too, and we want to share our strategies for building resiliency, individually and in community.

Staying True is a 3 week virtual course where we will explore ways to stay aligned with yourself and your values, set boundaries with yourself and others, and tap into community support and care.

We will offer a combination of guided activities, discussion, and education, with opportunities for individual and community support throughout the series.

We will cover:

WEEK 1 - COME BACK TO YOURSELF

Why? Having NeuroQueer informed practices can help you to align with your truth and build resilience.

This week we will cover:

  • Exploring core values and identity

  • Somatic/nervous system re-centering and resiliency

  • Creating a system of supportive practices for daily life.

WEEK 2 - ADVOCATE FOR YOUR NEEDS

Why? You were likely not taught about how to set healthy boundaries growing up. As NeuroQueers we face unique challenges around advocating for ourselves.

This week we will cover:

  • Somatic, energetic, and practical ways to identify, set and maintain boundaries in relationships.

WEEK 3 - CALL IN COMMUNAL CARE

Why? Many NeuroQueers experience wounds around community and belonging, but there is also medicine in finding people you can learn and grow with.

This week we will cover:

  • Identify strategies to find, build, and maintain community.

  • Brainstorm solutions for common challenges together.

Staying True is for you if:

  • You are a NeuroQueer or suspect that you might be

  • You have tried other self care practices but they haven’t met your unique NeuroQueer needs

  • You want to take responsibility for your role in setting clear, adaptable boundaries

  • You understand that personal healing and collective healing are interconnected

  • You feel excited about virtually connecting with other NeuroQueers on a similar journey

Staying True is not for you if:

  • You want to be given a one-size-fits-all approach to healing

  • You don’t want to practice communicating your needs and boundaries

  • You don’t want to be in a space that talks about the connections between personal and collective healing

  • You are unwilling to own your privileges in group discussion

  • You don’t feel excited about engaging with this content online
